As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you are a key member of our development team, you collaborate closely with backend engineers, product owners and designers to build and enhance our digital platform, bringing design concepts to life as high\-quality, scalable React components. Additionally, you need to guide junior developers, promoting team growth through mentorship and sharing best practices across our development processes. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** Technical Leadership \& Strategy * Lead the architecture and development of high\-impact frontend components, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with technical goals. * Drive key technical decisions, particularly in areas of architecture, design patterns, and frontend best practices. Code Quality \& Standards * Establish and enforce coding standards and testing practices across the frontend team. * Conduct code reviews with a focus on quality, security, and maintainability. Mentorship \& Knowledge Sharing * Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on technical challenges, best practices, and career growth. * Share knowledge through regular workshops, documentation, and pair programming sessions. Collaboration \& Cross\-Functional Communication * Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and Backend Engineers to ensure project alignment and cohesive user experiences. * Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
