Position Summary: We are seeking a Department Head for our food and beverage department — an open-minded, service-oriented individual to attend to guests and ensure compliance with service and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and restaurant management 2. Training and instruction of apprentices 3. Compliance with service and hygiene standards Hapimag Resort Mas Nou is located 7 km from the town of Platja d'Aro, in the heart of the Costa Brava. The resort features 190 apartments, a restaurant, a pool bar, a wellness area, a café, a supermarket, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a Mini Club. Our resort seeks an open-minded, service-oriented individual to strengthen the food and beverage department as a **Department Head**. **Your responsibilities:** * Attending to guests in the restaurant * Restaurant mise en place * Executing various billing or payment processes * Ensuring compliance with all service standards * Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and HACCP standards * On-the-job training and instruction of apprentices and trainees * Receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials **Your profile:** * Completed education in hospitality or equivalent qualification * Several years of professional experience * Very good command of German and English * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Intuition and ability to improvise **We offer:** * Full-time employment contract * Salaries above the collective bargaining agreement * Fixed-term discontinuous contract * Meals provided during working shifts * Discounts on your holidays at any of our Hapimag resorts worldwide * 30% discount on food and beverage services at all our Hapimag resorts worldwide Employment type: Full-time Salary: €1,800.00–€1,900.00 per month Benefits: * Meals at the workplace * Offered language courses * Free parking * Training program * Uniform provided Work location: On-site employment
