




Job Summary: We are seeking an Export Administrative Assistant to manage shipments, documentation, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring quality and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Export shipment and export documentation management 2. Communication with stakeholders and booking management 3. Dynamic position in the export department We are looking for a person to perform administrative support tasks in the export department. Main responsibilities will include proper management of finished product shipments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, agreed quantities, forecasted costs, and delivery deadlines set with each client. The role also includes preparing all necessary documentation for export operations, communicating via email with various stakeholders, managing bookings (*bookings*), and other day-to-day departmental activities. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a weekly workload of 40 hours. The schedule runs Monday to Friday on a split shift, typically between 08:00 and 17:00, including statutory breaks. The workplace is located in Vall de Bianya, La Garrotxa. * Experience in export departments. * We seek an organized, methodical, and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Very high English proficiency. * Higher Technician in Transport and Logistics. \- GS Administration and Finance.
