Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate shift operations, ensuring production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets are met. Key Responsibilities: 1. We need a person to oversee production operations during a specific shift in an industrial company. The primary role will be supervision and coordination of production activities, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and efficiency objectives are achieved. A team of personnel will also be managed. Daily tasks will include supervising the production process, adhering to the production plan, and promptly resolving any issues that arise. Teams will be led by assigning tasks and fostering a positive working environment. Communication with maintenance staff to resolve equipment failures will be essential. Additionally, key performance indicators will be monitored, with continuous process improvement always being pursued. Compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations must be ensured. A proactive, results-oriented attitude is highly valued. A minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience managing teams within the production area is required. Solid knowledge of industrial machinery and experience in troubleshooting are mandatory. Prior experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage. Proficiency in office software tools—especially Excel—is required. A level of English sufficient to facilitate communication is desirable.
