




We are looking for an administrative person for a trading company located in Quart. The main responsibilities will include direct customer service, handling orders received via phone and email, presenting the company, preparing various documents, and creating quotations and commercial offers. Additionally, direct administrative support will be provided to management in coordination tasks. Assistance will also be given to the sales team, participating in documentation preparation, sending budgets, and resolving product-related inquiries. Other duties inherent to the position are included. This is a full-time position with a total of 40 working hours per week. The working hours will be from Monday to Friday in split shifts between 09:00 and 18:00, always respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in customer service and administrative tasks. * We are seeking a responsible and methodical individual. * Residing near the workplace is a plus. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan required. Higher education in administration.
