Its gastronomic concept centers on modern Mediterranean cuisine, featuring intense flavors and dishes designed to be shared at the center of the table. It is the first restaurant of these three chefs. We are looking for a chef with 3–4 years of experience capable of managing a station: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the station, ensuring precision and quality in every preparation. Maintain standards of organization and cleanliness in your work area. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Coordinate with other stations to ensure flawless execution of each dish. Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with the head chef’s directives. ### **Requirements** Minimum 3–4 years’ prior experience as chef/station manager in other restaurants. Passion for cooking and commitment to excellence. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Prior experience in restaurant cooking and/or pastry, with fast-paced work rhythm. ### **Offered** Salary: between €25,000 and €30,000 annually. Contract: Fixed-term intermittent contract until October/November, with potential to continue with the group in autumn, depending on restaurant needs. Location: Cadaqués.
