For our service center in Figueres , we are seeking to hire a Workshop Technician . This position is designed for individuals with manual dexterity, customer orientation, eagerness to learn, and commitment to doing high-quality work. Prior experience in the automotive glass sector is not required to succeed in this role: if you meet the job requirements and bring the right attitude, motivation, aptitude for hands-on work, and desire to grow, specific prior experience will not be a barrier. Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive training at one of our training centers, where you will learn the procedures, tools, and knowledge necessary to perform the role safely, accurately, and confidently. What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve? You will join the workshop team and participate in the repair, replacement, and recalibration of vehicle glass, following Carglass®’s established technical, quality, and safety procedures. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Performing automobile glass repairs and replacements. Using technical tools and equipment according to defined procedures. Ensuring service quality, safety, and workshop order. Interacting with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner. Explaining the work performed and addressing basic questions related to the service. Identifying customers’ additional needs and recommending solutions honestly and naturally. Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure smooth center operations and an excellent customer experience. What qualities do we value? We seek a person with a positive attitude, responsibility, and enthusiasm for growth within a technical and service-oriented environment. **We would like you to bring:** Experience or aptitude in manual work, assembly, repair, tools, or technical environments. Interest in learning a technical specialty linked to the automotive industry. Attention to order and detail, and commitment to safety. Ability to work efficiently, adapt to change, and maintain quality even during peak activity periods. Strong customer interaction skills and ability to communicate clearly. Teamwork, collaboration, and a positive attitude. Valid driver’s license. Prior experience in the automotive sector, mechanics, bodywork and painting, windshield installation, or similar functions will be considered favorably—though it is not mandatory. What do we offer?
