Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented bar server to serve customers, prepare beverages, and maintain a clean bar area, delivering friendly and efficient service in Girona. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and beverage preparation with friendly and efficient interaction. 2. Bar management, cash handling, and support for the dining room team. 3. Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are looking for a person to work at the bar in the food and beverage industry here in Girona. Main responsibilities will include serving customers, taking their orders, and preparing and serving all types of beverages, always ensuring friendly and efficient interaction. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area is essential, as is handling customer payments and performing basic cash register operations. You will also support the dining room team in tasks necessary for smooth restaurant operations, along with other routine duties associated with the position. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, from Monday to Friday. Shifts will be split, with availability required between 07:30 and 01:00, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Prior experience in the sector is desirable. * We seek a versatile, proactive, and solution-oriented individual. * Residency near the workplace is an advantage. Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
