DESCRIPTION **ABOUT US** ------------------ KLB is an international consultancy responsible for carrying out the selection process for other companies. In this case, we are managing the selection process for a Catalan construction company dedicated to building construction projects. We are looking for a Production Manager in construction to support the Site Manager in executing the project, reviewing project measurements, evaluating different industrial aspects, ensuring quality and results according to the project's planning and budget, with the aim of guaranteeing that the project is completed within the scheduled timeframe and achieving customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------- * Develop and supervise the production plan according to company objectives. * Define priorities, allocate resources, and coordinate work teams. * Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and production volumes. * Coordinate production staff, supervisors, and operators. * Optimize the use of machinery, facilities, and materials. * Ensure availability of raw materials and supplies. * Guarantee that production meets required quality standards. * Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * Collaborate with EHS, Quality, and Maintenance departments. * Review execution of production processes at plant or site. * Identify deviations and propose corrective actions. * Ensure continuous production by avoiding unnecessary stoppages. * Analyze productivity, efficiency, and cost indicators. * Implement improvements in processes, work methods, and technology. * Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, etc.). * Report regularly to Operations/Production Management. * Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance departments. * Participate in project and performance follow-up meetings. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Willingness to work daily in Palamós (Catalonia).
