The primary mission will be the management and supervision of the execution of construction works and services. This includes preparing and monitoring the explanatory report, ensuring compliance with construction schedules, quality standards, and occupational safety and health regulations. The role involves verifying the quality of the final outcome, as well as managing both the technical and economic aspects of the process. Key tasks include documentation control, construction planning and organization, and preparation of measurements and certifications. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for effectively coordinating suppliers and subcontracting companies involved. The contract will be temporary, with full-time working hours. The offered gross annual salary is 25\.174,76 €.
