Promotes independence and well-being of dependent individuals In GIJÓN (ASTURIAS), ten candidates are sought to provide home-based support to individuals facing dependency challenges. The primary objective is to foster their autonomy by delivering essential services, including direct personal care and assistance, domestic tasks, and respite services for families. To be eligible for these positions, prior experience in home care, elderly residences, or day centers is required, along with knowledge of how home care services operate. Preference will be given to candidates holding qualifications such as Nursing Auxiliary Technician, Technician in Care for Dependent Individuals, or relevant professional certification in sociosanitary care. Possession of a valid Class B driving license and personal vehicle will also be considered. A temporary employment contract of four months' duration is offered. Working hours will be part-time, totaling 14 hours per week, scheduled on weekends and public holidays. Monthly gross remuneration will be €471, supplemented by specific allowances for public holidays and Sundays, as well as compensation for travel and use of a personal vehicle.
