**We are still growing at Vetland Assistance!** We are looking to hire a **Claims Handler** to strengthen our operations team. If you have experience in claims management and are seeking a stable, dynamic project with growth opportunities, we want to meet you! **What are we looking for?** * Minimum of **3 years' experience** as a Claims Handler. * Experience in **insurance companies and/or insurance brokerage firms**. * Knowledge and experience in **personal insurance**, especially in **Health** and/or **Life** insurance. * Experience in **reimbursement claims handling**, authorizations, or health insurance benefits will be highly valued. * Organized, solution-oriented person with analytical ability, customer orientation, and attention to detail. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Comprehensive management of claims files. * Processing and tracking of reimbursement claims files. * Review and validation of documentation. * Coordination with insurers, intermediaries, and clients. * Resolution of incidents and follow-up until file closure. * Compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. * Collaboration in continuous improvement of operational processes. **What do we offer?** * **Remote work once a week.** * Discounts on dental and veterinary services. * Opportunity to work in a company experiencing constant growth.
