Stable project with opportunities for professional development. **Company Overview;** Our client, a major company in the automotive sector, is seeking a **Quality Manager** to lead the quality strategy of its industrial plant, ensuring compliance with the industry’s highest standards and fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and customer orientation. **Job Mission;** Define, develop, and implement the organization’s quality strategy, guaranteeing the manufacture of products meeting world-class standards. This role will play a key part in leading quality assurance systems, facility management, and technical support to operations, in close collaboration with senior management and key business areas. **Responsibilities;** * Design, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems (IATF/VDA). * Lead and develop quality teams. * Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction at the plant. * Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and legal requirements. * Lead resolution of internal and external quality issues. * Coordinate supplier quality and collaborate closely with manufacturing and the supply chain. * Represent the plant to customers, building relationships of trust. * Responsible for completing mandatory safety training, reporting and correcting unsafe practices whenever necessary. * Responsible for analyzing the Quality Management System, monitoring, and driving the continuous improvement process within the Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems. * Manage the department’s budget and ensure achievement of business objectives. **Reporting Line;** Plant Manager **Years of Experience Required in Similar Role:** > 7 years in quality roles within an industrial environment, preferably automotive, with team leadership experience. **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. * Solid knowledge of quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma (certification is a plus). * Experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing environments. * Advanced English (C1). * Proficiency in MS Office and SAP. **Competencies and Skills** * Leadership and team development. * Strategic thinking and results orientation. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication. **What We Offer?** * A strategic and highly visible position within a leading automotive company. * A dynamic, industrial environment focused on operational excellence. * Flexible working hours and partial remote work options. * Competitive compensation package aligned with experience. * A stable project with opportunities for professional development.
