Cooperation Projects Technical Officer with completed university degree, under 35 years of age, to participate in the YOUNG COOPERANTS Programme, supporting political advocacy processes at the Catalan, national and international levels to promote transparent, participatory public management of basic services. A valid driver’s licence and fluent English are desirable. Contract: 1 year. Full-time position. Availability to attend events or workshops across the territory, and possibility of occasional international travel; therefore, flexibility in working hours while respecting statutory rest periods. Salary: €1,808 gross per month. Support for political advocacy processes at the Catalan, national and international levels aimed at promoting transparent, participatory public management of basic services. Support for the creation and dissemination of educational and awareness-raising content focused on defending human rights and community-based management of basic services, coordinated with the communications and campaigns team; support in producing research materials related to the thematic focus of the position. Participation in monitoring, documentation and systematisation of experiences linked to advocacy, training and good practices, to feed organisational learning strategies and continuous improvement. Support for strengthening alliances with social movements and organisations from the Global South, grounded in internationalist solidarity and mutual learning. Occasional travel to Global South countries connected to campaigns, to accompany ongoing processes and represent ESF at meetings, conferences and working networks. Support in administrative and financial management of grant-funded projects.
