Your Responsibilities ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT * Implementing IT solutions on Olympus devices across various hospitals. * Resolving, managing, and tracking incidents related to these solutions. * Performing technical interventions arising from active maintenance contracts (preventive, corrective, and assistance services). * Occasionally addressing customer inquiries (e.g., technical specifications, installation timelines, etc.). * Collaborating on defining the solution installation schedule and coordinating with Olympus Iberia suppliers and hospital representatives. * Providing customer consultancy through product presentations. * Preparing technical reports for completed installations and maintaining appropriate documentation. * Training customers on features of implemented solutions. * Occasionally collaborating with the central development team in Germany for issues not resolvable locally and for product development. * Using RS\-App CONGRESS AND MEETING SUPPORT * Participating in sales meetings of the division/business line where your presence is required. * Conducting technical product training courses at the European Headquarters, as well as those organized by Olympus Iberia. DAILY ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING \- Monitoring and reporting daily activities in the technical management program AMS, and maintaining documentation and inventory records of the installed equipment park and their status within the available solutions. Your qualification Preferably a Bachelor’s or University Degree in Technical Engineering (Computer Science). Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Preferably advanced English proficiency.
