A prominent plastic injection company located in Rubí is seeking an Injection Technician. We offer the opportunity to join an international company with a positive work environment. Working hours will be on rotating shifts. Immediate hiring and an annual gross salary of EUR 26,500. Requirements: * Leadership skills and experience in delegating tasks and evaluating team members * Experience in mold changes and commissioning machines from scratch * Electrical knowledge at operational level, use of testers, and resistor replacement * Ability to use quality tools * Ability to interpret basic measurements on 2D drawings * Basic knowledge of workshop tools * Basic user-level knowledge of industrial robotics * User-level computer skills in Excel and Word * Forklift operator license Responsibilities: * Perform mold changes for production and trials as required * Address various production-related issues involving machines, robots, data screens, and record process parameters * Conduct trials for new and existing molds following modifications or repairs * Develop robot programs from scratch and configure free movements * Complete refrigeration circuit forms during mold trials and verify existing circuits * Complete checklists for new mold trials * Perform basic mold maintenance and cleaning on machines according to maintenance guidelines * Manage and store incoming and outgoing machine documentation * Assume team leader responsibilities in their absence
