At our agrotourism estate, situated in the countryside near Manacor, we are seeking a responsible, proactive individual who enjoys being part of this beautiful project and wishes to contribute to creating a unique and special place where our guests can enjoy an unforgettable experience immersed in nature. Additionally, we offer accommodation included in a spacious private room with a private bathroom. **What will your responsibilities be?** This position combines approximately 50% cleaning tasks and 50% maintenance and care of the facilities. **Cleaning** * Cleaning and preparation of rooms and apartments. * Cleaning of common areas. * Laundry support when required. **Maintenance and Outdoor Areas** * Cleaning and maintenance of gardens, terraces, and outdoor areas. * Minor repairs and general maintenance tasks, such as: * Touching up paint. * Hanging pictures or shelves. * Tightening screws or addressing minor defects. * Replacing light bulbs. * Other simple tasks to keep the facilities in perfect condition. **What are we looking for?** The following will be especially valued: * Experience in cleaning hotels, holiday homes, or tourist accommodations. * Knowledge or experience in minor repairs and general maintenance. * An organized, responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. * Ability to work autonomously. * Basic English language skills (not mandatory). * Valid driver’s license and/or personal vehicle (not mandatory but highly valued). It is not necessary to have experience in all tasks.
