A selection process is open to hire a **night concierge / security guard** for a hotel located in the Ciutadella area, Menorca. **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure the safety of facilities and guests. * Carry out periodic supervision rounds (hallways, parking, lobby, restaurant, etc.). * Monitor security camera screens. * Politely accompany guests during the early morning hours when necessary. * Intervene in case of disturbances or risky situations, ensuring a safe environment. * Immediately report any unusual or potentially dangerous incidents. * Maintain a time-based task log and prepare incident reports. * Assist in evacuations during emergencies. * Answer customer phone calls. * Perform administrative tasks associated with the position. **We offer:** * Meals provided during the season in the staff dining area. * Additional benefits. * Fixed-term intermittent contract. * Intermediate vocational training degree in Tourist Accommodation Management or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in this role or in hotel reception. * Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
