**Job Requirements**
**Main Responsibilities**
* Drafting technical and consulting reports on infrastructure and materials.
* Drafting and signing preliminary designs, basic projects, and execution projects in the field of technical architecture.
* Acting as Contract Manager for assigned construction works or services.
* Managing construction project files.
* Knowledge of Public Sector Procurement (Law 9/2017) and administrative procedures (Laws 39/2015 and 40/2015).
* Basic knowledge of urban planning and use of Geographic Information Systems (QGIS) management software.
* Drafting and signing rehabilitation projects for facilities and buildings.
* Reviewing technical documentation and projects related to infrastructure, applying mandatory regulatory standards and specific regulations applicable to each relevant authority.
* Preparing technical documentation for building construction, repair, adaptation, or rehabilitation of naval infrastructure.
* Drafting waste management plans and quality control plans.
* Conducting appraisals, expert assessments, and valuations.
* Providing technical support to building site management teams.
* Construction execution management.
* Occupational Health and Safety coordination.
* Experience with PRESTO/ARQUÍMEDES.
* BIM knowledge.
* Preparation of energy efficiency certificates.
* Energy and sustainability certifications.
**Work Experience**
**Minimum and Mandatory Requirements**
**Qualifications**
* Degree in Technical Architecture or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering (Professional qualification as Technical Architect, published in BOE A-2007-2247). **Minimum required: Meces 2**
**Experience**
* Experience in technical support roles within technical architecture (including experience in drafting, reviewing, and signing building, rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects; technical and administrative management of construction works and contracts; construction management and execution; occupational health and safety coordination; preparation of technical reports; quality control; energy certifications; appraisals; and project file management, etc.). **Minimum required: 8 years**
**Training**
* Specific training in BIM methodology and modeling for construction. **Minimum required: 100 contact hours**
**Desirable/Additional Requirements**
* Experience in technical support roles within technical architecture (including experience in drafting, reviewing, and signing building, rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects; technical and administrative management of construction works and contracts; construction management and execution; occupational health and safety coordination; preparation of technical reports; quality control; energy certifications; appraisals; and project file management, etc.). **Desirable: 18 years**
* Experience in execution projects, performing technical architecture tasks for projects governed by Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts. **Desirable: 4 projects**
* Training in BIM methodology and modeling for construction execution projects. **Desirable: 350 hours**
