INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-known hotel chain in the Balearic Islands undergoing active expansion. Your primary role within the company will be to manage all aspects related to guest service: welcoming guests, check-in, stay management, check-out, reservation handling, assistance, and information provision — all aimed at achieving full guest satisfaction with the services offered, in line with the hotel's established quality and efficiency standards. We currently have vacancies at our Insotel Tarida Beach and Insotel Tarida Playa hotels, both located in Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Your main responsibilities will include: * Handling reservations, monitoring and following up on incidents. * Monitoring forecasted occupancy. * Preparing keys prior to guest arrival. * Guest check-in. * Addressing guest requests and suggestions, and informing guests about available services and facilities. * Managing the telephone switchboard. * Managing direct guests and associated billing. * Providing support and resolving incidents. * Managing and archiving all documentation. * Performing other duties inherent to the department.
