We are currently expanding our team and looking to hire a Front Office Manager for the Front Office Department, whose main mission will be to organize, coordinate and supervise the department’s daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, accurate administrative process management and strict adherence to the company’s quality standards. Responsibilities: * Organize and supervise the daily operations of the Front Office Department. * Coordinate, lead and motivate the front desk staff and personnel under supervision. * Ensure proper handling of reservations, check\-in, check\-out and guest service. * Supervise implementation of operational procedures and BLUESEA Hotels standards. * Manage guest incidents, complaints and special situations, ensuring effective resolution. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest stays. * Supervise accurate billing, shift closures and administrative controls. * Analyze occupancy rates, forecasts and departmental operational needs. * Participate in selection, training and evaluation of the Front Office team. * Complete reports, records and area-specific controls. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, occupational risk prevention and data protection regulations. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in hotels or tourist accommodations. * Advanced knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and front office processes. * High proficiency in Spanish and English; German is a plus. * Strong planning, organizational and operational control capabilities. * Knowledge of billing, collections and administrative closings. * Proficiency in computer and office software tools. **Personal Competencies:** * Leadership and team management skills. * Customer orientation and commitment to service quality. * Decision-making ability and incident resolution skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities. * Interdepartmental communication and coordination skills. * Commitment to the company’s standards and values. **We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing hotel chain. * Positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
