We are looking for a passionate **Event Coordinator**, eager to create exceptional experiences, to join our team in Menorca. This position is key to ensuring the flawless planning, coordination, and execution of events across our island properties, upholding the highest quality and service standards that define Vestige Collection. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Define and implement the events department’s strategy, aligned with brand values and each property’s objectives * End-to-end event management: from initial client contact through physical presence at contracted events (weddings, group bookings, incentives, meetings) to supervise their successful delivery * Client acquisition, advisory support, and retention—both domestic and international * Preparation, presentation, and closing of commercial proposals and contracts * Design and planning of all event aspects: venue layout, gastronomy, decoration, timing, and guest experience, among others * Direct coordination with other hotel departments to ensure flawless execution * Supervision and coordination of external vendors (florists, AV services, music, technical production, etc.) * On-site presence and leadership during events, guaranteeing quality control and prompt resolution of incidents * Budget management, invoicing, and performance reporting * Post-event client follow-up and implementation of improvement proposals * Representation of the hotel at commercial visits, industry events, and networking activities **What do we offer?** A purpose-driven project * The opportunity to join a soulful hospitality project that rescues heritage and creates unique guest experiences * Work in our luxury boutique hotels set in Menorca’s privileged natural environment Professional development and growth * Integration into a growing, professional, multidisciplinary team * Access to continuous training programs tailored to your role, leadership, and industry trends * Opportunities for growth and advancement within Vestige Collection * Participation in cross-functional projects Employment conditions * Permanent, full-time contract * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience, professional merit, and responsibilities * Location in Menorca (with mobility between properties) * Start date: Q1 2026 **Do you identify with this project?** If this challenge inspires you—and if you share our passion for creating unique experiences for our guests—we would love to meet you. Or, if you know someone who might be interested, please feel free to share this opportunity. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Tourism, Protocol, Event Management, or equivalent * Minimum 3 years’ experience in event coordination or a similar role; experience in 5-star hotels or luxury properties is highly valued * Advanced Spanish and English (C1 level); additional languages are an asset * Knowledge of and proficiency in hotel management systems and guest satisfaction tools, as well as quality and service standards specific to the luxury sector * Excellent commercial and communication skills * Strong organizational ability, proactivity, and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent events * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel between properties * Flexibility and availability to work varied hours.
