Supervision and optimization of production to efficiently produce sufficient product quantity to fulfill 100% of orders while minimizing excess packaged product in stock for sale. Tasks include: - Supervise production planning - Monitor and control production - Identify, quantify, evaluate and optimize production costs - Waste control - Continuously analyze, optimize and improve production procedures and processes - Monitor and optimize productivity indicators - Track downtime (non-productive hours) - Participate in defining and monitoring production targets 2\. Supervision and optimization of maintenance for infrastructure, facilities, equipment and machinery. Tasks include: - Prepare and optimize the maintenance plan - Supervise execution of internal maintenance - Participate in planning external maintenance and monitor its proper execution - Manage and control equipment and machinery in the plant - Control and adjustment of parameters for facilities, infrastructure and machines 3\. Management of internal and external incidents: - Control and manage production-related incidents - Participate in and lead multidisciplinary work teams composed of members from different departments to jointly resolve incidents and prevent their recurrence - Manage customer incidents affecting production - Coordinate supervision and optimization of downtime (non-productive hours) 4\. Personnel management: - Define job positions - Organize staff by shifts - Structure staffing levels - Training plan - Define vacation schedule - Punctuality and absences 5\. Document management: - Keep DPTs and organizational charts updated - Maintain updated and reviewed documentation for production processes and procedures - Maintain updated and reviewed maintenance documentation - Maintain updated and reviewed documentation for production operations - Integrate production management tools into the computer system 6\. Quality culture plan: Actively participate in promoting and implementing a quality culture within the plant 7\. Degree in Agri-Food Engineering is an advantage - Experience in maintenance within the food industry Requirements We are seeking a PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER for an important industrial food group. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production and plant maintenance, as well as participating in their optimization, always adhering to good manufacturing practices and reporting directly to the Director of Production and Maintenance. Mandatory - Previous experience in a similar position within the industrial sector - Knowledge and experience in industrial processes for manufacturing food products - Residence in the region of La Selva or neighboring regions - Valid driver's license B1 and personal vehicle - Proficiency in office software - Fluency in Catalan and Spanish - Teamwork skills, project management and leadership abilities.
