As a Destination Responsible you turn those moments into reality. You make guests feel welcome, supported, and inspired from the moment they arrive until they return home. You work both digitally and on\-site to ensure a smooth and unforgettable holiday experience. With your proactive mindset, problem\-solving skills, and warm personality, you create smiles every single day. **What you’ll do** * Focus on guest contact in resorts and provide digital support * Handle questions and complaints with empathy, creativity, and ownership * Promote and sell excursions, upgrades, and add\-ons to enhance the holiday experience * Represent Sunweb at accommodations, excursions, and local events * Work closely with our DMC and local partners to ensure smooth operations * Support during emergencies or irregular situations, following Sunweb Emergency Protocols * Keep your tools and administration up to date (Freshworks, SharePoint, Destination Tool) * Focus on guest contact in resorts and provide digital support **What we’re looking for** * A natural leader with coaching experience and the ability to bring out the best in others * Strong guest focus: proactive, service\-driven, and solution\-oriented * Organized and detail\-oriented, with solid operational and administrative skills * Comfortable working with data and KPIs to drive improvements * Calm under pressure, flexible, and hands\-on * **Fluent in both Dutch and English (required)** * Additional languages (e.g. Spanish) are a plus * Valid driver’s license * Available **from early June until preferably the end of October** **What we offer** * The opportunity to live and work in Ibiza * A supportive, international team culture focused on collaboration and growth * Training, tools, and ownership of your destination * Accommodation and transportation provided * Return flight to Ibiza * Monthly gross salary starting from €1,700 * Insurance coverage * 10% discount on your own Sunweb holiday **Contract \& eligibility** For this position, you will be employed through our **Swiss external partner on a temporary guide contract**.
