Specialist in comprehensive renovations of residential and commercial premises We are looking for a professional to work on a construction site in Oviedo (Asturias), with experience in both manual and mechanical demolition. Main tasks will include general masonry work such as plastering, flooring, and tiling, as well as partition installation. Comprehensive renovations will also be carried out in both residential and commercial premises. At least one year of relevant work experience is mandatory, along with a valid driver's license. Relevant training in construction, masonry, or occupational health and safety on construction sites will be considered an advantage. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered. Salary conditions will comply with the Collective Agreement for Construction and Public Works in the Principality of Asturias.
