* The Fire Constable will be part of the emergency response team, typically responding to fires, accidents, acute pollution incidents, and urgent health assistance.

The network of elderly care homes SENIORS is an organization within the Clariane Group. Currently, we are seeking an elderly care assistant to join our SENIORS residence located in the town of Montuiri. Your main responsibilities will be:
Assist and care for users in daily living activities they cannot perform independently, and carry out tasks aimed at their personal care and environment maintenance. You must maintain absolute confidentiality regarding any pathological conditions suffered by users, as well as any matters related to their privacy, and always act in coordination with and under the responsibility of the professionals you directly report to.
Personal hygiene of users. According to the center’s functional plan, you must clean and maintain users’ utensils, make beds, help keep rooms tidy, collect clothes, take them to the laundry, and manage users’ personal clothing.
Feed those users who cannot do so independently. In this regard, you will also handle the reception, distribution, and collection of meals for users.
Perform posture changes and other auxiliary services assigned according to your technical training.
Report any incidents affecting users' health.
Clean and prepare furniture, materials, and first-aid kit equipment.
Accompany users during outings, whether for medical appointments, excursions, errands, etc.
Collaborate with the professional team by performing basic tasks that complement their specialized services, aiming to promote users’ personal autonomy and social integration.
Attend to users’ family members following guidelines set by management and the functional plan, and contribute to integrating users into the center’s life.
Requirements:
Medium-level vocational training in nursing/clinical assistance, technician in care for dependent individuals, or professional certification in sociosanitary care for dependent persons in social institutions.
Experience in residential care settings will be valued.
Empathetic and proactive person.
Ability to work in a team.
