The spacious and sophisticated rooms and suites are distributed across the original 18th-century manor house, restored traditional outbuildings, and a series of newly constructed buildings built with great care amid aromatic gardens. **Job Description:** As Guest Experience Specialist at Vestige Collection, you will be the architect of unique moments for our guests. Your mission goes beyond traditional service: you will create wishes, personalize every stay, and forge authentic connections that turn our guests’ visits into unforgettable stories. This role requires a unique blend of people orientation, creativity, and destination knowledge to design experiences reflecting both the essence of Vestige Collection and the cultural and natural richness of Menorca. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Design personalized experiences by understanding each guest’s profile to anticipate their needs and craft tailored proposals. * Serve as the destination ambassador by recommending Menorca experiences to our guests—such as cultural routes, local gastronomy, artisans, or regional events. * Be the guest’s primary point of contact from arrival through departure. * Identify opportunities to delight guests—from welcome details to creatively resolving unexpected situations. * Participate in organizing hotel events. * Manage complaints as opportunities, transforming challenging situations into moments that strengthen the guest relationship. * Collaborate closely with Reception, F\&B, Housekeeping, and other departments, as well as Hotel Management, to ensure a seamless guest experience. * Develop and nurture a network of local suppliers, restaurants, artists, and service providers. * Collect and document preferences, suggestions, and feedback to continuously improve service. **Requirements:** --------------- **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in guest relations, guest experience, or customer service roles within boutique hotels, 5-star properties, or similar. Demonstrable experience in service personalization and VIP guest management. * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, Public Relations, or related fields (Advanced Vocational Training, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent).
