All of this has allowed us to obtain the Top Employer 2025 certification, reaffirming the seal for the second consecutive year. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We have a full-time Passenger Agent vacancy open in Ciutadella de Menorca and we want you to be part of our team! **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Provide customer service and information about destinations, schedules, fares, etc., to deliver high-quality service * Handle reservation requests, ticket sales, and payments upon customer request * Manage boarding procedures to issue tickets and boarding cards so passengers can access the vessel * Perform daily personal cash register closing to reconcile the main cash register * Create passenger lists to send to various public agencies upon request * Digitize documentation for controlling passenger discounts requested by Public Administrations * Carry out auxiliary administrative and operational tasks inherent to the activity **What do we offer you?** At Balearia, we value and care for our team.
