We offer our guests the opportunity to connect with history, nature, and authenticity, under the highest standards of service excellence. **Job Description:** As a Chef at Vestige Collection, you will be a fundamental part of our gastronomic offering, where culinary excellence meets innovation. We seek professionals for various stations and shifts who share our passion for high-quality ingredients, respect for traditional techniques, and creative innovation. Our kitchen celebrates the rich gastronomy of Menorca and the Mediterranean, working with local producers and seasonal products to create memorable experiences that delight our guests. Commis Responsibilities: * Flexible support across different stations according to service needs * Preparation of general mise en place * Preparation of stocks, base sauces, and preliminary preparations * Cleaning and organization of work areas * Receiving and inspecting goods * Versatility to cover different positions during absences or peak workloads Responsibilities: * Strict compliance with HACCP regulations and food safety protocols * Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation according to standards * Stock control, product rotation, and waste minimization * Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth, synchronized service * Participation in the development of new dishes and menu proposals * Attention to dietary restrictions, allergies, and intolerances **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in 4\-5 star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or high-level gastronomic establishments * Specific experience in the station applied for (experience across multiple stations is valued for commis positions) * Professional culinary training (Vocational Training: Medium or Higher Level) * Food handling certification * Mastery of fundamental culinary techniques and cooking methods; knowledge of classical cuts and professional mise en place * Control of timing, temperatures, and doneness levels * Knowledge of seasonal and local produce * Ability to work under pressure during high-demand services * Basic proficiency with tablets or digital devices for accessing technical sheets and digital orders * Basic English is an asset * Passion for gastronomy and attention to detail * Teamwork and stress management * Attitude of continuous learning, curiosity, and openness to refine techniques and expand knowledge * Commitment to quality and adaptability * Availability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join a soul-driven hospitality project that rescues heritage and creates memorable experiences * Integration into a growing professional team; training and growth opportunities within Vestige Collection * Full-time permanent intermittent contract * A collaborative and respectful work environment in a privileged natural setting * Location in Menorca (Son Ermità \& Binidufà)
