




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist in Barcelona to handle telephone calls, manage correspondence, receive visitors, and support facility and access management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception and management of visitors, switchboard operation, and mail handling 2. Support in access management and product sales 3. Training as part of the alarm and evacuation team We are looking for a person to work at the reception desk in Barcelona. Basic education or completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) is preferred. Proficiency in basic computer skills is essential; prior experience in similar roles is highly valued. Knowledge of foreign languages is also an asset. Main responsibilities include answering switchboard calls, managing correspondence and courier services, and greeting visitors. You will provide information upon request, prepare facilities for daily access and closure, and manage meeting room reservations. Additionally, you may be required to assist with building opening and closing procedures, serving as the information and access management point for the Port Center, including ticket sales starting from 2027. You will also handle visitor reception and registration, notifying relevant staff by phone in advance of their arrival. You will conduct stock product sales with electronic payment processing and manage cloakroom functions. You will be a member of the alarm and evacuation team, participating in drills and emergency response. The position offers an indefinite-term contract with part-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 14:00.
