DESCRIPTION At GP DIGITAL, we are seeking a candidate for an IT-sector client. ### **Project Manager Data \& AI** **Conditions** --------------- * Contract: **Permanent and/or freelance** * Location: **SPAIN** * Mode: REMOTE \>\> Availability for in-person meetings with clients * Working hours: Full-time * Schedule:** *Office hours with flexibility* **Your responsibilities** ------------- * **Leadership of multidisciplinary teams.** * **Customer orientation and results-driven approach.** * Ability to **manage multiple projects** and priorities. * Excellent **communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.** * Experience in **stakeholder management** and coordination with business and technology departments. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** ------------------ * **Over 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager leading technology projects.** * Experience managing teams and projects related to **deployment, migration, and upgrading of Data \& AI platforms.** * Experience implementing solutions based on: * **IBM Data \& AI.** * **IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).** * **IBM Maximo.** * **IBM Automation.** * **Red Hat OpenShift.** * Demonstrated ability to **coordinate complex projects** and manage client relationships across diverse sectors. * Excellent **communication, leadership, and negotiation skills**, both with technical and executive profiles (including CIOs). * **Certification in project management methodologies** (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, CMMI or equivalent). * **High proficiency in both Spanish and English**, spoken and written. **Desirable** ------------- * Experience in **enterprise platform modernization projects.** * Knowledge of **hybrid cloud architectures and process automation.** About us... **Grupo Digital** We are an IT consultancy firm with a team of over 150 technology professionals.
