What would be your responsibilities? * Gather staffing needs from each department. * Define the appropriate personal and professional profile for the position to be filled. * Publish job offers and perform resume screening. * Contact candidates. * Conduct initial interviews with candidates. * Prepare reports with selection results. * Employee support and assistance. Requirements What are we looking for? * Previous experience in similar roles (minimum 2 years). * Experience in selection departments within catering companies or staffing agencies (Ett) will be valued. * Experience managing recruitment processes and projects. * Degree preferably in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related fields. * Specific training in HR and/or selection techniques will be an advantage. * Customer orientation. * Organizational skills. * Communication skills. * Own vehicle to reach the workplace. What we offer What do we offer? * Full-time. * Permanent contract. * Free dining service. * Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:30, and Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 (with a half-hour flexibility for arrival/departure). * One day of remote work per week. * Reduced working hours during the month of August. * Salary according to qualifications.
