At **Outdoor Adventure Sports,** we are looking for a **certified guide** to join our team in Mallorca for the April to October season. If you enjoy working with people, leading unique experiences, and being part of a team, we want to hear from you! * **Season:** April – October * **Base:** Mallorca (Alaró) * **Main activities:** Coasteering, Sea Caving, Climbing, Deep Water Soloing, Kayaking, Cycling, Vía Ferrata and Hiking Main Responsibilities * Guide guests safely through our activities and routes. * Ensure each experience is fun, safe, and high\-quality. * Motivate and support clients of all levels. * Work closely with our team. Essential Requirements * Mandatory certification in **canyoning and/or climbing**. * Previous experience guiding adventure activities. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Languages: **High\-level English and Spanish**, other languages are a plus (German, French…) * Valid work permit in Spain (if applicable).
