Your primary role within the company will be to support and assist the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling all department-specific activities and resources, thereby optimizing internal process management and team performance, while consistently ensuring service quality and food safety for customer benefit and satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with and substituting for the Restaurant Manager in carrying out their duties. * Organizing, directing, and coordinating the work of staff under your supervision and all activities within your area. * Planning operations and monitoring results. * Managing procurement for the restaurant department. * Providing customer service during delivery of various services. * Performing other duties inherent to the department. * In return for your commitment, we offer: * Excellent work environment. * Competitive salary * Stable position (summer season) with real opportunities for professional development. * Qualification: Vocational Training (FP) in Hospitality (preferred) * Experience: AT LEAST 2 YEARS performing duties as Second-in-Command of the Dining Room or 3 YEARS as Section Head. * High level of English (C1\) is preferred; additional languages (e.g., German, Italian…) are considered an advantage. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
