DESCRIPTION ### **Second Maître – Lago Resort Menorca** **Location:** Menorca, Balearic Islands **Start Date:** Immediate. At **Lago Resort Menorca**, we are seeking a **Second Maître** to join our restaurant team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Maître in organizing, supervising, and managing dining room service operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy an excellent dining experience while meeting high quality standards. REQUIREMENTS * Education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Second Maître, Section Leader, or Dining Room Supervisor). * Knowledge of service protocols, event and banquet organization. * Basic knowledge of sommelier practices and food pairing. * Leadership skills, team management abilities, and customer orientation. * Languages: **Intermediate to advanced English required**; additional languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus. * Ability to work under pressure, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate effectively within a team.
