Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the proper execution of service within your assigned dining area, ensuring excellent guest service and collaborating with the dining room team to meet the hotel’s quality standards. * Perform qualified control and supervision functions within your assigned area. * Organize and supervise the setup of your assigned area. * Coordinate staff within your section (waiters/waitresses, assistants). * Ensure service complies with established standards, including preparing and decorating rooms and tables. * Directly attend to guests and resolve incidents. * Relay kitchen orders and coordinate service timing. * Supervise replenishment of tableware, beverages, and products within your area. * Assist in training new team members. * Perform visible guest-facing tasks (flambéing, carving, filleting, deboning, etc.). * Report incidents and improvement suggestions to the Assistant Restaurant Manager. * Apply food hygiene and safety regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness within your area. Requirements **Education:** * Training in Hospitality or Catering, or equivalent experience. * Languages: English and German. **Experience:** * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress with supervisory responsibilities, preferably in high-end hospitality or catering. **Technical Knowledge:** * Dining room service techniques. * Basic knowledge of wines and beverages. * Customer service protocols. * Food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). **Key Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Operational leadership. * Clear and effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment. * Guest orientation.
