Forecast Management and Business Engagement** * **Owner:** Demand Planner in collaboration with Offer and Procurement. * **Stakeholder Liaison:** Act as the liaison between Offer Managers, Omnichannel teams, and Suppliers to integrate business drivers into forecasting. * **Modeling:** Develop demand forecasts based on historical data, seasonality, trends, and promotional plans. * **Strategic Planning:** Lead work plans by product families/collections, analyzing product ranges (sold vs. unsold) and competitive impact. * **Assurance:** Ensure accurate omnichannel forecasts per reference as the foundation for implementation orders and stock strategies. **2. Demand Planning and Lifecycle Management** * **Owner:** Demand Planner. * **Time-Based Planning:** Project medium- and long-term monthly sales (B2B/B2C) for stores, clusters, and logistics centers. * **Anticipation:** Ensure adherence to estimation calendars aligned with seasonality and micro-seasonality. * **Lifecycle Management:** Plan inventory arrival for outgoing collections and synchronize launch timing for new collections to avoid stockouts or overstocks. **3. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement (Forecasting)** * **Owner:** Demand Planner (technical and analytical lead). * **Deviation Control:** Weekly evaluation of forecast vs. actual sales differentials by channel and logistics node, applying necessary adjustments. * **KPI Management:** Monitor and optimize Forecast Accuracy, identify action plans, and select the most appropriate forecasting algorithms. * **Stockout Analysis:** Identify root causes of stock shortages and jointly detect exceptional sales opportunities with Product Managers. * **Supply Optimization:** Collaborate with suppliers to improve delivery lead times (franco terms) for critical or problematic items. **4.
