DESCRIPTION
At Grupo Moga, we are looking for a **Sommelier** for the 2026 season. The selected candidate will be responsible for advising customers on wine selection and food pairings, ensuring a complete and high-end gastronomic experience.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Advise customers on food pairings and wine selection according to the menu.
* Supervise proper wine and beverage storage, conservation, and service.
* Train and coordinate front-of-house staff on wine knowledge and service protocols.
* Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a coherent and exceptional gastronomic experience.
* Manage inventory of wines, spirits, and service tools.
* Participate in wine tastings, events, and in-restaurant wine promotions.

REQUIREMENTS
**Requirements**
* Prior experience as a sommelier or in wine service roles within the hospitality industry.
* In-depth knowledge of wines, wineries, denominations of origin, and food pairings.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages such as French or German are valued.
* Leadership and team coordination skills.
* Knowledge of service protocols and customer service standards.
* Planning ability, incident resolution capability, and capacity to work under pressure.
* Customer orientation, responsibility, and commitment.
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
