




Job Summary: Team coordinator with commercial vision responsible for managing facilities, leading operational performance, and identifying new business opportunities, while assuming responsibility for administration and occupational risk management. Business vision and problem-solving capability **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Responsible for parking facility services. · Operational management of the site. · Commercial customer service and identification of new business opportunities. · Shift scheduling and roster planning for the site. · Billing management (Navision). · Incident, complaint, and claims management. · Conduct routine inspections and report any incidents or deviations. · Reporting to central departments (accounting, HR, quality, etc.). · Maintenance task tracking. · Management of maintenance suppliers and contracts. · Liaison with public administration. · Occupational Risk Prevention: o Address identifiable avoidable risks detected during risk assessments, follow up, and ensure compliance. o Manage equipment and facility maintenance and inspections. o Control documentation related to Coordination of Business Activities (CBA) and access by external personnel. **REQUIREMENTS / PRIOR EXPERIENCE** · Prior experience: o Minimum 3 years’ experience as a team coordinator or manager. o Minimum 3 years’ experience managing technical facilities. o Experience in related sectors is highly desirable (Facility Management; Tertiary Building Management; Shopping Centers; Hotels; Hospitals; Urban Infrastructure). o Prior administrative experience (budgetary control). · Education and knowledge: o Degree in Engineering / Technical Engineering / Engineering Bachelor’s / Technical Architecture / Business Administration and Management (ADE) Bachelor’s. o Knowledge of management and billing processes. o Familiarity with equipment and facility maintenance (fire protection systems, elevators, toll systems, lighting, etc.). o Proficiency in computer tools. · Skills and competencies: o Ability to manage and resolve incidents involving both people and facilities. o Organized and methodical individual. o Commercial business vision. o Proactive, solution-oriented, and versatile person. o Team management capability. **CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS** · Work location: Valencia · Permanent contract · Full-time position · Working hours: o Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00 o Given the special responsibilities of this role, attendance at the workplace may be required outside regular hours by management or company representatives in emergency situations, for the minimum necessary duration. · Salary: o Gross annual salary: €24,000 𝑜 Annual variable pay based on goal achievement: 7% of the gross annual salary Type of position: Full-time, permanent contract Salary: €22,000.00–€24,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
