Location: Menorca (Lago Resort Menorca) Contract Type: Fixed-term discontinuous contract Working Hours: Full-time Accommodation and meals included Job Description: Grupo MOGA is seeking an experienced Deputy Maintenance Manager from the hospitality sector to support comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance management at the resort. A proactive, solution-oriented attitude, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be highly valued. Main Responsibilities: * Support in planning and supervising maintenance team tasks. * Monitoring of facility operations (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). * Coordination with external suppliers and technical services. * Ensuring compliance with safety standards and current regulations. * Incident management and efficient resolution of equipment failures. * Reporting the overall facility status to the Maintenance Manager.
