We are currently seeking to hire a Legal Technician in Badajoz to join our Legal Department, which comprises three areas: * Regulatory Compliance * Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Advisory * Legal Proceedings The selected candidate will rotate across all three areas, with a primary focus on the ORP Advisory area, participating in: * Drafting legal reports on occupational risk prevention matters. * Reviewing documentation of legal and technical-preventive nature. * Supporting the management of procedures and incidents related to occupational accidents. * Collaborating in the preparation of legal submissions, written pleadings, and legal-regulatory analyses. * Performing cross-functional support tasks in regulatory compliance projects and the company’s legal proceedings. We seek a dynamic profile with strong legal analytical skills and a vocation for occupational risk prevention, eager to grow within a solid and expanding project. Requirements - University degree in Law. * Specific training in occupational risk prevention, compliance, data protection, or labor/commercial law will be valued. * Prior experience in legal advisory services, law firms, or prevention services will be valued. * Advanced proficiency in office software and digital environments. * Valuable: English language skills, training in emerging technologies and AI. * Valid driving license (Class B) and willingness to travel.
