We’re eagerly awaiting your application! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Greet, assist, and advise customers, delivering exceptional service aligned with the core principles of Eurekakids’ advisory model phases. * Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend products that add the greatest value to playtime, placing children at the center of an empathetic and didactic shopping experience. * Proactive selling, cash handling, returns, exchanges, cash register reconciliation, bank deposits, etc. * Stay updated on KPIs and understand store objectives, working collaboratively with your team to achieve them. * Foster customer loyalty and increase membership in our club. * Collaborate with your team on receiving goods, stock control, restocking, labeling, inventory management, etc. * Maintain store image and product presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines. Ensure cleanliness and organization in both store and warehouse. * Actively participate in designing and delivering in-store workshops and activities to communicate the educational value of our toys. * Gain in-depth knowledge of our product range and technical specifications to enhance sales value. * Maintain personal appearance and hygiene in line with Eurekakids’ policies and values. **Permanent contract, immediate start.
