We are looking to hire a **security guard** at our hotel located in the Cala\`n Bosch area of Ciutadella, Menorca. **What would be your main responsibilities?** * Ensure the safety of facilities and guests. * Conduct periodic supervision rounds (hallways, parking, lobby, restaurant, etc.). * Monitor security camera feeds. * Courteously accompany guests during early-morning hours when necessary, as a courtesy. * Intervene in cases of conflict or risky situations, guaranteeing a safe environment. * Immediately report any unusual or potentially dangerous incidents to the concierge. * Maintain a time-based record of tasks and prepare incident reports. * Assist in evacuations during emergencies. * Handle guest telephone calls. * Perform administrative tasks associated with the position. * Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) qualification. * Minimum one year of prior experience in this role. * Interpersonal skills are essential. In addition to patient and calm listening, you must communicate politely and demonstrate empathy in challenging situations. * Availability to work shifts from 23:15 to 07:30 hrs. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency is mandatory to assist guests. * Basic computer literacy (user-level office software knowledge). **We offer** the opportunity to join a company undergoing rapid expansion, where people come first.
