**Description** At RVHotels, a hotel chain present in the main beach and mountain destinations in Catalonia and Menorca, we are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for one of our hotels in Menorca: RVHotels SeaClub Menorca. If you are passionate about cooking, an organized person eager to learn and become part of a dynamic and committed team, this could be your opportunity to join our adventure. **Responsibilities:** · Assist in food preparation and cooking under the chef's supervision. · Help set up breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner services. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of utensils and work areas. · Participate in receiving and properly storing raw materials and products. · Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). · Support organizing refrigerators, pantries, and storage areas. · Follow instructions from the kitchen team at all times. **Conditions:** · Immediate start. · Fixed-term intermittent contract (seasonal until approximately October). · Full-time with continuous shifts. · Two days off per week. · Salary according to collective agreement, including extra payments. · Option for shared accommodation. · Real opportunities for continuation in the next season. **Requirements:** · Previous kitchen experience (valued in hotels or organized catering). · Basic knowledge of food hygiene regulations. · Teamwork ability, responsibility, and willingness to learn. · Residence in Menorca or availability to relocate during the season.
