




Job Summary: An experienced professional responsible for directing and supervising construction projects to ensure technical execution and budget control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Negotiation of agreements with suppliers to ensure quality We are seeking a candidate with experience in directing and supervising construction projects in Santa Coloma de Queralt. The primary objective is to guarantee the correct technical execution of projects while maintaining strict budgetary control. The candidate will be fully responsible for project management from inception to completion. This includes coordinating all personnel, as well as external teams and subcontractors, to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. The candidate must also negotiate agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, securing optimal terms without compromising quality. A minimum of three years’ prior experience in a similar role is required, preferably with academic training in Technical Architecture or a related engineering discipline. Residence in nearby comarcas is considered an advantage. Qualifications: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degrees. Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Manager in construction companies. Strong negotiation skills, strategic vision, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Residence in the Anoia, Segarra, or Conca de Barberà comarcas will be valued.
