We are seeking to hire an **Industrial Engineer** to manage **VPO and price-capped residential construction projects in Mallorca**, with a focus on technical supervision of installations, planning, and support during execution. **Responsibilities** * Support in the **planning, coordination, and control of construction execution**, especially concerning **installations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, etc.)**. * Technical monitoring of **installations and industrial systems** on site. * Coordination with **subcontractors, suppliers, and technical teams**. * Control of **timelines, costs, and quality** for assigned work packages. * Support in the **review of technical designs, quantity take-offs, and certifications**. * Supervision of compliance with **regulatory requirements, technical standards, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)**. * Documentation management for construction projects and **reporting to management**. * Liaison with the **Design Authority** and other involved stakeholders. Requirements * Degree in **Industrial Engineering** (or equivalent). * Approx. **2 years of on-site experience**, preferably in **residential or building construction**. * Desirable experience in **MEP installations** (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, telecommunications, fire protection). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office suite**. * Strong **organizational skills, technical analysis ability, and capacity to resolve incidents**. * **Valid Class B Driver's License**, with availability for travel across **Mallorca**.
