Responsibilities:* Prepare, cook, and plate food following established recipes and standards. * Supervise the quality of ingredients and products used, ensuring freshness and proper storage. * Monitor and maintain kitchen order and cleanliness, complying with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize work processes and timing. * Attend to customers' special needs, such as dietary requirements or food allergies, ensuring diners' safety. * Maintain a proactive and positive attitude, contributing to a good working environment within the team. What are we looking for?* Demonstrable experience of at least two years as a cook in restaurants and/or 4-star or higher hotels. * Technician in Cooking qualification or equivalent certifications are desirable. * Knowledge of languages, preferably English, is valued. * Knowledge of products, allergens, food preparation, techniques, and tools, among others. * Pastry knowledge is valued. * Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
