




**Position Details:** Position: **Computer and multimedia technical support.** Location: **Tarragona** Working hours: **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00h and 2 afternoons per week.** Start date: **October 13, 2025** End date: **Not specified** Salary: **21,000€ gross annual** **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical support for classrooms, events, and presentations * Handling user incidents and requests (PCs, networks, printers, etc.) * Managing tasks and incidents using ticketing tools * Setup and configuration of computer equipment (Intune, Windows, macOS, Linux...) * Support for CRAI environment and teaching services **Requirements and valued skills:** * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults * Proficiency with Windows, Linux, macOS, O365, Azure, Intune, networks, VPN... * Knowledge of hardware and printer repairs * Proactive attitude, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines (SLA) Job type: Full-time, Temporary contract Contract duration: 2 months Salary: 1,600.00€-1,800.00€ per month Work location: Onsite employment
