Description
The electromechanical maintenance technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing industrial systems, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic automation systems, as well as systems controlled by PLCs. Key responsibilities include performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks across all factory facilities, thereby ensuring operational continuity and equipment safety. Additionally, the technician will serve as a preventive resource for tasks requiring such support, guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations and established procedures.
Another key responsibility is entering and managing work orders within the company's internal software system, documenting interventions performed, materials used, and time spent. This role is essential for maintaining production line efficiency and productivity, requiring a proactive and solution-oriented attitude toward daily incidents. The professional will work in a dynamic industrial environment where precision and reliability are essential values.
The position requires continuous technical updating and strong teamwork capabilities, collaborating with other departments to optimize maintenance processes. An FPII or CFGS qualification in electricity, industrial electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field is required. Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in industrial electromechanical maintenance is mandatory. Advanced knowledge of automation—specifically PLC handling and programming—as well as solid practical training in pneumatic and hydraulic systems will be highly valued.
