We are looking for an ML/IA Engineer who is excited about the opportunity to turn data into action and help shape the future of AI-driven products in a dynamic environment. You will work on a mix of mature machine learning systems and emerging areas such as Generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI, as we begin exploring their potential to support internal tools and user-facing features. This role offers the opportunity to deploy ML models into a production-ready ML system and also be part of the team starting to experiment with and integrate next-generation AI capabilities into our ecosystem. You will work alongside ML practitioners while having space to explore, prototype, and learn. **What you'll do** * Deploy machine learning models that support game features, player experience, and operational efficiency. * Improve code quality of others' work by refining SQL and Python scripts for data transformation, feature engineering, modeling pipelines, and AI applications, ensuring production readiness. * Explore and contribute to early-stage projects involving LLMs, RAG systems, and AI to drive new types of automation and decision-making support. * Develop or refine Streamlit-based (or similar) tools that present ML/AI capabilities to non-technical users through intuitive and interactive interfaces. * Help design and implement model monitoring systems to ensure long-term performance and business alignment. * Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to identify where ML and AI can add value. * Clearly communicate results, limitations, and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders. **What we're looking for** * 5+ years of experience applying machine learning to real-world problems, from data to deployment. * Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Python ML libraries. * Solid SQL experience and working with large-scale data warehouses. * Comfort working with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), Docker, and Airflow. * Ability to build simple user interfaces (e.g., Streamlit) to expose ML or AI applications to broader teams. * Hands-on experience building applications with Generative AI (LLMs), including API integration. * Interest or early experience in RAG systems, either through prototypes, side projects, or professional work. * Interest or familiarity with AI concepts or frameworks (e.g., LangChain agents, CrewAI, etc.) is a plus, but not required. * Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-evolving space. * Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience. **Why Aristocrat?** Aristocrat is a global leader in gaming content and technology, and a leading publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
